Kevin’s presentation topic will be How Conventional Ag is Damaging Our Earth and is Organic the Solution to Climate Change. Edmond, Oklahoma’s own Indigo Acres was launched with the mission of growing healthy healing food; free of harmful chemicals. Indigo Acres is now in its 5th year of operation, and farms a “no-till” system and uses many methods of regenerative agriculture to restore the soil and help heal the earth.
We meet at OSU-OKC in the John E. Kirkpatrick Horticulture Center, 400 N. Portland Ave., Oklahoma City, OK. Doors open at 6:30 and the speaker begins at 7:00.
